For orders over £20, we highly recommend choosing the Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery Guaranteed services for maximum peace of mind.

If you need your cards as quickly as possible, we recommend Special Delivery Guaranteed for the fastest delivery available, with full package tracking.

A pre-order is an order you can make for new items before it is released and available for delivery.

When you place a pre-order with Card Crate, you pay for the goods at the point of sale and we reserve the items for you.

We advise that you place orders for in-stock and pre-order items separately, so that the in stock items you have purchased can reach you faster. However, if you do not mind the wait, we will reserve all the stock for you and ship them all together when your pre-ordered items are ready. If you place an order for multiple pre-order items, we will ship the order when all your items are ready.

We want to provide a place for everyone to get their cards, no more hunting around and no worrying that you won't be able to get that card you need to push your deck over the edge. As you can imagine this provides some challenges - one of them being stock. To make sure we can always provide the cards you need we have a limit of 4 cards maximum (a playset) that can be purchased of a specific card.

A Little Bit on How Our System Works:

Pick up all the cards you need from eighth edition right up to the latest set, we will always be in stock on the cards you need. Once you reach your cart our system will check to see that no individual single has more than 4 cards within it. If you do get this message do not worry at all just adjust the quantity for all cards over 4. Once all items are below the limit you can proceed to payment.
