Refund Policy

Returns

We always aim to provide the highest quality of service, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to request a refund, please get in touch at refund@cardcrate.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened. We will also require proof of purchase.

You are liable for any costs associated with return of the product.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
